What you send us through the contact form: your name, company, work email, phone if you choose to add it, your message, and what you tell us you're interested in. Beyond that, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, time, page requested) to run and secure the site. That's the whole list.
To reply — personally — and to prepare the conversation you asked for: a Medtech Operations Analysis, a demo, early access. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us (Art. 6(1)(f)). No newsletter you didn't ask for, no automated sequences, no selling or sharing your details for marketing.
Form submissions land in Healtek's own EU-hosted system, operated on the Atollon platform by Atollon Ireland Limited as our processor. The website itself is served by Vercel Inc., which processes the technical logs above on our behalf. AI in our product reads business records to work for our customers — it does not train on them, and neither we nor the AI providers we work with use your inquiry to train models.
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The live demo portal (jarvisdemo.healtek.com) is a separate application with its own technical session handling.
As long as we need it to handle your inquiry and the business conversation that may follow. If nothing comes of it, we delete it — and we delete it any time you ask.
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing — write to get@healtek.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to a supervisory authority: in Ireland the Data Protection Commission, or the authority in your own country.
If this notice changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date.
